Go work out. Even if it's just for 10 minutes, it'll be 10 minutes of burning calories. It'll be 10 minutes closer to your goal. It'll be 10 minutes of taking a relaxing walk. It could be 10 minutes of burning 10 calories, or 10 minutes of burning 50 calories. You decide. But that 10 minutes will put you in a better mood. You'll be proud of yourself. You might even say, "Only 10 minutes? I could go for 10 more!" So just do it. Leave tumblr. Get off your blog, and go move for 10 minutes.
